Refund & Return Policy

At PurrEver, we stand behind the quality of our products and the health of your feline royalty. Because our fountains are used for drinking and hygiene, we have established the following policy to ensure the safety of all our customers and their pets.

1. 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

• We offer a 60-day risk-free trial.

• If your cat does not adopt the fountain within 60 days of delivery, you are eligible for a return.

• To be eligible, the item must be returned in its original packaging with all included accessories (pump, cable, and any unused filters).

2. Hygiene & Safety Restrictions

• For health and safety reasons, used filters cannot be returned or refunded.

• Items that have been physically damaged by the pet or through improper use are not eligible for a refund.

3. Damages and Issues

• Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at Hello@MyPurrEver.com.

• For defective items, we will provide a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.

4. Return Process

• To start a return, you must contact us at Hello@MyPurrEver.com. Contact us and we'll work with you on the best solution — whether that's a replacement, exchange, or refund.. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
  

5. Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved.

• Approved refunds are automatically processed back to your original payment method (PayPal, Credit Card, etc.) within 5–10 business days.
