Refund & Return Policy
At PurrEver, we stand behind the quality of our products and the health of your feline royalty. Because our fountains are used for drinking and hygiene, we've established the following policy to keep every customer — and every cat — safe and happy.
1. 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
- We offer a 60-day satisfaction guarantee from the date of delivery.
- If your cat doesn't take to the fountain, or you're not satisfied for any reason, contact us within 60 days and we'll make it right.
- We understand a fountain has to be tried to be judged — so light, normal use is expected and won't void your guarantee. We simply ask that the fountain be in clean, reusable condition and, where possible, returned with the pump, cable, and any unused filters.
2. Hygiene & Safety Restrictions
- For health and safety reasons, used filters cannot be returned or refunded.
- Items that have been physically damaged by a pet, or through misuse, drops, or improper assembly, are not eligible for a refund.
3. Damages & Defects
- Please inspect your order on arrival. If your item is defective, damaged in transit, or incorrect, contact us right away at hello@mypurrever.com with your order number and a photo.
- For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you — including any return shipping, if a return is needed.
4. How to Start a Return
- To start a return, contact us first at hello@mypurrever.com and we'll work with you on the best solution — a replacement, exchange, or refund.
- Please don't ship anything back before contacting us — we'll provide return instructions and the correct return address. Items returned without an approved request, or sent to the wrong address, can't be accepted or refunded.
- For change-of-mind returns, return shipping arrangements will be confirmed when we approve your request.
5. Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected (or your claim is approved), we'll let you know the outcome.
- Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method (PayPal, credit card, etc.) within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank, card provider, or PayPal, it may take a few additional days to appear.
